A year later ... the same story repeats from management side. FS which is now part of AppsOne still has its idiosyncratic ways in dealing with people in same GBU. No revolution this time.

Hope you wont mind saying you upfront what i feel.

Your resume needs to be longer and much much better please do not hold back what makes you special. . Try to search on net how other people do it, beef it up.

At present your resume has no character and is like any other Ram, Shyam or Mary who has come out of college recently. and wont even go past the ROBOTS that screen your resume among 1000s others.

Pls do not feel down.Try to search for what you bring to the employer that is unique in you. You have great potential and you will soon find you employed someplace good. i am Sure of that.

So work hard get things right, create your niche and start your career in right direction.

PS : Try to go through all posts of Rashmi Bansal at her blog. SHE IS F*K*G awesome.
